Core Values

This is the heart of Delight in Dogs. They've always lived in me, but Rumble helped name them. They're woven into all I do.

Safety

Having trust and confidence are essential for learning—for both of you. You can't learn or have a great relationship if either of you doesn't feel safe.

Love

You love him enough to walk a mile in his paws. You'll do what it takes for you to learn and teach him so you have a beautiful life together.

Fun

Make learning together enjoyable, and as you do your relationship with her becomes easier, lighter, and just plain fun!

Purpose

My passion is to share my 20+ years of experience and knowledge (without all the jargon), conveyed with kindness and compassion, so you can do this too.

Educate

Building a strong foundation of knowledge. The key is knowing training is all about communication. With this, the sky's the limit of what you can accomplish.

Simplify

No need for overwhelm. Start right where you are—the past is the past. Use Delight in Dogs to find your way forward.

This is NEVER about making either of you wrong. I’ve been where you are. With tiny steps and a commitment to continuous improvement, your efforts will pay off!
